No Show/Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide quality individualized medical care. “No-shows” and late cancellations inconvenience those individuals who need access to medical care in a timely manner. Starting January 1, 2024, we will be enforcing cancellation/missed/no show fees.

Cancellations


We know that your time is valuable and that there may be special unavoidable circumstances such as an emergency or illness that may cause you to cancel, however in order to be respectful of the medical needs of other patients, please be courteous and call our scheduling department promptly at 949-251-0427, to cancel your appointment. If your appointment falls on a Monday, please leave a voicemail or send a text to 949-251-0627 to cancel your appointment no later than Sunday evening.

Missed/No Show Appointments


We understand that occasional missed appointments can occur for a variety of reasons. A “No Show/Late Cancellation” is defined as missing an appointment without cancelling, 24-hours before your scheduled time.

Cancellation/Missed/No Show Appointment Fee
​

Office visits for a regular appointment which are cancelled with less than 24 hours will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

​

Cosmetic appointments (botox, filler) which are cancelled with less than 24 hours will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

​

Appointments for surgical excisions which are cancelled with less than 24 hours will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

​

Mohs surgery appointments which are cancelled with less than 72 hours will be subject to a $350 cancellation fee.
